And is a combination of traditional vacuum tube technology and modern lam dep semiconductor fabrication techniques, and that can be manufactured as a compact and inexpensive apparatus. Although still in the early research stage, lam dep and success in the creation of silicon that operates at clock of 460GHz. Also it is to be strong even for same heat and radiation and vacuum tube.
