Liquefy in a blender and drink up! For protein, add some nuts. For sweetness, add some honey!


Momma used books always said breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well here's the thing: some of us just aren't hungry in the AM...or we woke up late as usual and now are scrambling to make up for lost time! But energizing is super important, so we want to share with you some easy smoothie recipes (5 ingredients or less!) to throw into the blender and down the hatchet.
Liquefy in a blender and drink up! For protein, add some nuts. For sweetness, add some honey!
Obvi, if you don't like some of these ingredients you can substitute for other options you love. That's the beauty of the smoothie: it's literally whatever you have hanging out in your fridge & freezer! Try these out and comment below! Have a great weekend xox
