A triangle is a small book, illustrated with 13 beautiful linoliumssnitt made by the author himself. It is the story of Mette, 22 years, her boyfriend Anton in 24 years, and their little son Little Holger. The action takes place on a Friday night. The couple has added his son, and want some voksentid. This is as expected interrupted by the baby's crying. The story itself is trivial and well known. What gives the book a little dunhams extra is the description and romanticism, the little 70's family. dunhams The book is a political and social-realist from the first page - and it is with nostalgia and a slightly bitter taste I like children of the 70's reading it. What strikes me is that they believed in their project, these 68-ers, and sometimes we have believed in it we. The women's liberation, the right to education, right to day care for the children - all of these important issues that we now take for granted. Mørch also provides a picture of how impoverished it was like to grow up in the 70's. How much money our parents had, and how a bottle of wine and exotic foods like rice and spinach were reserved for Saturday nights. This was growing generation dunhams who would become the new educated middle class parents generation educated, politicized it, and broke the way of us who came after. The generation that these are now grandparents may benefit from reading some of the most famous 70th century books. For example Trier Mørch. There are stories of recent history that contributed to today's more just society. And that is the story of a time that seems much further away in time than what it is - not least due. technological development and welfare growth. Recommended with a glass of red wine. Here's to 70's! Good book!
